Hosted by MYCOBIO in Swansea's newest purpose built comedy club, this is not your typical health and wellbeing talk.
Expect an entertaining mix of stories, science, traditional wisdom and plenty of laughs as we explore why mushrooms have captured human curiosity for thousands of years - and why they are attracting so much interest today.
Discover what makes medicinal mushrooms so fascinating, what the research is telling us, and how different cultures have valued these remarkable fungi. We’ll separate fact from hype, explore what we know (and what we’re still discovering), and give you the knowledge to make more informed choices about your own wellbeing.
Most importantly, this evening is about feeling empowered rather than overwhelmed. You don't need to be a mushroom expert or enthusiast - just bring an open mind and a sense of curiosity.
